QuickBooks Online
QBO (QuickBooks Web Connect) is the file banks offer as the "download for QuickBooks" option. A
.qbo file is an Open Financial Exchange document with the Intuit fields QuickBooks uses to match the
download to a bank account, and it holds the same sign-on, account, and transaction structure as any other OFX file.
PDF (Portable Document Format) is a file format developed by Adobe Systems for sharing documents that appear the same on any screen and when printed. PDF files include features for security, compression, data entry, and accessibility. PDFs have become the standard for sharing documents.
