How does the trial work?
Trials are a 7-day period where you'll have access to a fully-functional account. If you find DataConverter valuable, your card will be charged the monthly fee at the end of the trial. We'll also email you a reminder a couple days before your trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. If you're on a paid subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the billing period.
What is a request?
A request is a file upload and optional conversion, export, or download. Subsequent conversions or exports to different file types are considered additional request. For example, uploading an XML file and exporting it as Excel is considered one request. Exporting the file afterwards as SQL is considered a second request.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can subscribe using any major credit card.
Can I pay with PayPal or Bitcoin?
Sorry, we currently only support payment through credit cards.
