Yes. If you cancel your paid subscription after purchase, it will remain active for one month, until the end of the first billing period.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. If you're on a paid subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the billing period.

When does the day pass start?

Your pass begins immediately upon purchase and is valid for the specified duration.

Can I pause a pass?

Passes cannot be paused at this time. Each pass runs continuously from the time of purchase until it expires.

Can I extend a pass?

Passes cannot be extended directly. However, a new pass can be purchased after the previous one expires.

Will my pass auto-renew?

No. Passes are one-time, non-recurring purchases. Once your pass expires, you’ll need to purchase a new one if you'd like to continue using the service.

What are saved templates?

Saved templates let you reuse file settings for uploads, downloads, and transformations instead of configuring them each time. They can also be shared with other users in your account.

What are saved datasets?

Saved datasets let you store uploaded data in your account so you can reuse it later without re-uploading. Each plan includes a set number of datasets and a total storage limit.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, you can subscribe using any major credit card.

Can I pay with PayPal or Bitcoin?

Sorry, we currently only support payment through credit cards.
