DataConverter.io operates on a subscription basis, and your purchase may consist of a monthly or annual subscription to our services. Please read the following conditions to understand how refunds apply to subscriptions.

1.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Refund Eligibility: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. However, if you experience technical issues or dissatisfaction with the service, please contact us within the first 5 days of your billing cycle, and we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
  • Refund Eligibility: We offer a 14-day refund window for annual subscriptions. If you cancel your annual subscription within 14 days of purchase and have not used the service extensively (e.g., processed a significant amount of data), we will provide a full refund. If the service has been used significantly, a prorated refund may be offered.

2. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • You requested the refund within the applicable refund window (14 days for annual subscriptions, 5 days for monthly subscriptions).
  • You experienced significant technical issues with the service that we were unable to resolve.
  • There was a billing error or unauthorized charge on your account.

We reserve the right to assess whether the service has been used extensively and to adjust the refund amount accordingly.

2.1 Ineligible Refunds

Refunds are not eligible under the following circumstances:

  • You have used the service for the majority of your subscription period.
  • You did not cancel your subscription before the renewal date and were automatically charged.
  • You are seeking a refund for a previously refunded or charged-back subscription.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@dataconverter.io with your account information and details about your request.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Automatic Renewals

Unless you cancel your subscription, your plan will renew automatically at the end of the subscription period (monthly or annually). You will be charged on the renewal date for the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4.1 No Refund for Late Cancellations

If you fail to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, we will not issue a refund for that billing cycle.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website or by sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of our services after such changes means you accept the revised Refund Policy.
