What's in a template

A template is your entire workflow, saved

A Saved Template is the recipe for your data preparation and conversion. It remembers every option you set on the way from source to result, so the next run comes out identical.

How it works

Build a reusable workflow in three steps

Every converter, viewer and transformer tool can save its configuration. Do the work once, name it, and it's waiting for you next time.

1

Configure your process

Open any tool, upload a file, and adjust your settings until your data looks exactly the way you want it.

2

Save your template

Click Save Template either on the preview or download page and give it a recognizable name. All your parsing rules, custom transformations, and layouts are saved.

3

Reuse anytime

Select and apply your template when uploading a file or while working on your data.

Frequently asked questions

Does a template store my files?

No. A template only stores your configuration, such as parsing rules, data preparation steps, and export layouts. You simply upload your data file each time you run the process.

How do I save a template?

Once you configure your settings on any data preparation, transformation, or conversion tool, click the Save Template button on either the preview or download page.

Can I change a template later?

Yes. You can rename or delete templates directly from your Saved Templates page. To update a template's settings, select it when uploading a file, adjust your configuration, and save it using the same name.

Who can see my templates?

Your templates are private to your account. They can only be accessed by you and other members of your account.
