Frequently asked questions
How many seats do I get?
Each plan includes a fixed seat limit, listed as Max Users on the Pricing page. Your Users dashboard always displays your remaining invitation slots in real time.
What can each role do?
- Owner: Manages billing and plan subscriptions. Can also invite or remove users.
- Admin: Can invite or remove users.
- Member: Can use conversion tools and access shared templates and datasets.
All roles (Owner, Admin, and Member) can manage API keys.
What happens when an invitation expires?
The status updates to Expired and the link becomes inactive. Click Resend to issue a fresh invitation, or cancel it to reclaim the open seat slot.
Can one person belong to more than one account?
Yes. Switch between multiple organization accounts using the account dropdown menu. Each account maintains completely separate templates, datasets, and billing.
What happens to someone's work when I remove them?
All created assets remain intact. Saved templates and datasets belong to the organization account rather than individual users, so remaining team members retain full access.
