Which ERPs does the file work with?
Any system supporting file imports, including NetSuite, SAP Business One, Odoo, and Acumatica. Match the column headers required by your ERP template and export as CSV or Excel.
How do I keep the leading zeros in item codes?
Pad codes using Add Columns with padLeft(toString(LegacyItem), 8, '0'). Upload CSV files directly to your ERP rather than opening in Excel to prevent zero truncation.
Can I map old codes to the new ERP's codes?
Yes. Upload two-column crosswalk files for units, vendors, or GL accounts, then use Join Data to look up values. Save crosswalks as reusable workspace datasets.
