Frequently asked questions
Which card issuers are supported?
Any issuer. The converter reads the transactions from the statement itself, so it works with any bank or card layout rather than a fixed list.
How are payments and refunds shown?
Exactly as the statement prints them. A credit keeps its CR marker or minus sign in the amount column, so you can filter on it to split charges from credits before you import.
Can it read a scanned statement?
Yes. Scanned pages and photos are put through text extraction first, then the transactions are read the same way as from a digital PDF.
